about

Blue Spirit Wheel's third album in three years brings the mantra music ensemble to a new height of artistic and spiritual intensity. Digging deep into their roots in heavy rock music from the '70s, Kailasa is an album on an epic scale. Kailasa is the name of the mountain in the Himalayas where Shiva and Parvati make their home. The ascent of the mystic mountain is a metaphor for the spiritual journey to the state of infinite consciousness. With the three chants on this album, Blue Spirit Wheel provides the soundtrack for that journey.
